Which tool do I need? +

It comes down to how the fastener failed.

Snapped off flush or rusted solid — the extractor set backs it out through a pilot hole you drill in the stub.

Rounded off but still proud of the surface — the 14PCS socket set bites what is left of the flats.

Right size, wrong socket — the universal socket grips hex and square heads from 10 to 19 mm without guessing.

What tools do I need alongside the kit? +

For the 10PCS: a 1/2″ socket on a ratchet, breaker bar or impact wrench. The extractor body is a 1/2″ hex, so it is driven by a socket rather than a drill chuck. You only need a drill if the bolt snapped off flush and you have to make a pilot hole first.

For the 14PCS: a hammer to tap the socket on, and something to turn it. It is 3/8″ drive, and the included adapter converts 1/4″ hex to 3/8″ square so a drill or impact driver drives it too.

What if it doesn't work on my bolt? +

Email us within 60 days and we will refund the order. Signs of use are expected, not a disqualifier, and you do not need to ship a used tool back.

We would rather refund one order than sell you a tool that does not fit the job. Tell us what happened and we will also say honestly whether a different tool in the range would have worked — or whether nothing we make would have.

Where do you ship, and how long does it take? +

United States, United Kingdom and Canada. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, then 7–12 business days in transit. Shipping is $4.99, free over $49. Orders to the UK and Canada may be charged import VAT, GST or duty plus a carrier handling fee on delivery — those are set by your government, not by us.

Can I return it after I have actually used it? +

Yes — that is the point. You cannot tell whether a tool works without putting it on a real fastener. Email support@rowvane.com within 60 days with your order number. Signs of use are expected, not a disqualifier, and you do not need to ship a used tool back.

Do you sell anywhere else? +

No. Rowvane kits are sold through rowvane.com only. Listings elsewhere using our photos are not ours, and we cannot honor the guarantee on them.
